Water bath vaporizer: a gasification equipment that uses boiler waste heat for heat exchange
A water bath vaporizer is a product that exchanges heat between hot water and low-temperature liquid gas, suitable for the gasification needs of media such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. The core principle is to heat water through boiler waste heat or other waste heat, and then heat and vaporize the liquid gas inside the heat exchange tube with hot water. According to different heat sources, it can be divided into three types: electric heating, steam heating, and circulating hot water heating. Among them, steam heating is specifically designed for units with boiler waste heat. This device is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and energy, and has a fully automatic temperature control system and multiple safety configuration options.
Structure and Working Principle
Gasification is achieved through heat exchange between 60-70 ℃ hot water and low-temperature liquid gas inside the cylinder, using a compact heat exchange tube design, and the gasification process is automatically regulated by a temperature control system. Steam powered models utilize external boiler waste heat to heat circulating water, achieving zero energy gasification.
Main types
Electric heating configuration with electric heater and circulating water pump, suitable for scenarios without residual heat source, and the outlet gas temperature can be set as needed. The steam type is designed specifically for units with boiler waste heat, and maintains water temperature through steam heat exchangers, which has significant energy-saving effects. Circulating hot water utilizes existing hot water circulation systems, commonly found in large factories with well-established waste heat recovery systems.
